By placing an order on this web site agree with Collector Shop with the following terms and conditions of sale.
Goods and Services:
Collector Shop warrants that all goods promoted for sale by mail order, in its website are of satisfactory quality. Some of our products are of a natural nature, and as such, slight variations can occur. All images on this web site are for illustrative purposes only.
Availability, prices and information:
Collector Shop does not promise that goods are necessarily available and all goods are offered for sale subject to availability. The price of the goods shall be the price listed for mail order sales, in its website brochure on the date of your order. All prices displayed are Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges.
Ordering:
Collector Shop will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods and services subject these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and Collector Shop shall supply you, subject to availability, with the quantity and specification of goods set out in your order.
Payment:
Payment can be made online using our secure payment processor Paypal. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make payments. You can process your payment with most major credit/debit cards via Paypal and still benefit from the security this method provides. Cards accepted include: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro and Solo.

This page describes our commitment to keeping your personal information as safe and as private as we possibly can. We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing. We believe that ordering online with www.collectorshop.co.uk is completely safe. Your privacy is important to us.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).We collect information about you to process your order. The personal information which we hold about you will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
Delivery:
Your order will be sent during 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. It will be delivered via Royal Mail or trusted courier.
We do our best to sent your order as soon as possible or even the same day that you pay!
We try to keep the prices of the postage as low as we can.
The price will depend on the size and weight of the parcel.
Collector Shop can refuse an order without giving any reason.
Shipments by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class [without signature] can by use just to £10 value of the order.
Returns:
Collector Shop wants you to be totally satisfied with our goods. Conditions the goods must be stored in appropriate conditions, if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us by you within seven days of the delivery date; failure to so notify us will, subject to cancellation (see below), deem you to have accepted the goods. Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge, or refund the price of the goods in question to you, but we shall have no further liability to you. If delivery is not refused and you do not notify accordingly. Collector Shop shall have no liability.
Collector Shop don't accept returns of coins, banknotes, stamps, post cards, medals, bottle caps and other collectable items.
Cancellations:
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if notification is received by Collector Shop within seven working days from receipt of the goods, email be confirmed within this period. The email contain your order number, name and address. Collector Shop will confirm any cancellation by email and will repay you within 21 days from receipt of your cancellation without any further charge to you except the direct cost of returning the goods.
Limitation of Liability:
The limit of our liability to you is the making up of any shortfall, replacement, refund of the price of the goods as provided for in terms (see above). We are not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) which you may incur for whatever reason, as a consequence of our failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
