Shipments and returns

Delivery:
Your order will be sent during 1-2 working days after receiving the payment. It will be delivered via Royal Mail or trusted courier.
We do our best to sent your order as soon as possible or even the same day that you pay!
We try to keep the prices of the postage as low as we can.
The price will depend on the size and weight of the parcel.

Collector Shop can refuse an order without giving any reason.

Shipments by Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class [without signature] can by use just to £10 value of the order.

Returns:

Collector Shop wants you to be totally satisfied with our goods. Conditions the goods must be stored in appropriate conditions, if you do not store them in appropriate conditions we cannot be held responsible for faults or problems that arise as a result any claim by you in respect of any shortages and/or defects in the goods must be notified to us by you within seven days of the delivery date; failure to so notify us will, subject to cancellation (see below), deem you to have accepted the goods. Where you make a valid claim in respect of any shortages or defects and we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the shortages or replace the goods free of charge, or refund the price of the goods in question to you, but we shall have no further liability to you. If delivery is not refused and you do not notify accordingly. Collector Shop shall have no liability.
Collector Shop don't accept returns of coins, banknotes, stamps, post cards, medals, bottle caps and other collectable items.
